After HTC One, HTC has come up with few more exciting advanced features such as BlinkFeed, Swipe in, Full HD screen etc. Seems to be little more costlier than others but it really has advanced features.
Swiping your finger down the blank grey-black square on the back unlocks your One Max without a PIN and launch specific apps. Up to three digits can be scanned in( three different fingers) which opens the apps which you set to open.
