Asus the leading electronic manufacturer of the world, dropped a bomb on 2014 International CES with the Transformer Book Duet: a dual OS tablet by Asus comes with Pre-loaded Windows 8.1 and Android 4.1 Operating Systems.
According to Asus, the new addition to the Transformer line will boast a 13.3-inch 1080p IPS capacitive touchscreen, as well as a 128 gigabyte solid-state drive. A microSD card slot will allow you to expand storage even further, while the keyboard dock will be available with up to 1 terabyte of still more storage.
Connectivity is also much better on the Duet than on a mere tablet. The tablet portion of the Duet has an 802.11ac wireless card, Bluetooth 4.0 with EDR, and a headphone jack. Under the hood, there’s an Intel Core i7 processor and 4 gigabytes of DDR3L 1600 RAM. Though these specs may seem pedestrian for a Windows machine, they makes the Duet hyper-powered for an Android slate.
